Cottage Pizza Supreme

What you need:
* 1 pkg. (13 3/4 oz.) hot roll mix
* 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
* 2 c. (16 oz.) cream-style cottage cheese
* 1 can (12 oz.) seasoned tomato paste
* 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 c. chopped onion
* 1/2 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
* 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
What to do:
1. Prepare roll mix according to pkg. directions. Press onto bottom and sides of buttered jelly-roll pan, 15x10 in., or 13 in. diameter pizza pan.
2. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Spread on prepared dough. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let rise 30 min. Bake at 375° F for 35 min.
